If you have any coding skills you can use the Broadcast API to broadcast those posts to the new blog.

Otherwise you can try the New Blog Broadcast add-on.

Is there any way I could just purchase the addon by itself I don’t have too much money.

Nope. Add-ons cannot be individually packaged because they’d lose their self-update functionality and the plugin list would get enormous.
