When my gift card code was used by some other person then product link is broken

    I sent my gift card code to my friend., When he used the gift card I noticed that it showed the order number in my account under Gift Cards. When I click on the order number it shows me an error that: “Invalid order”.
    Because that order was not created by me. That was created by my friend. But it shows up in my account, that is fine. , But why does it show the error?

    Hello there,

    hope you are doing well ??

    This is due to the gift card was associated with your user, but since your friend was the person who created the order using the gift card, you can’t access to see this order details. We have done some changes in the plugin to not show the order in the gift card endpoint if the person who did the order is not the same as the actual user. This change will be included in the next plugin version.
