When logged out you should be able to see ‘log in’ and ‘register’

I would like it so that when you are not logged in the buttons at the top say ‘Log in’ and ‘Register’ and then when you are logged in they read ‘My Account’ (with the dropdown on the site as it is at the moment) and ‘Log out’

Does anyone know if this is possible, please? Thank you!
