When it works its great, but they need to support it better

    Automatic is offering this great functionality, but it covers to of critical functions of eCommerce, taxes, and shipping. The problem is when something goes wrong, it takes far too long to get a response and get the issue resolved. It’s hard to say to my clients I can guarantee uptime when I’m tied down to WooCommerces Support.
