When is the tracking happens?

  • We have custom payment gateway which is being processed during pre-submission of gform https://docs.gravityforms.com/gform_pre_submission/

    I have set the conditional logic e.g. payment status to “approved”. This field is updated after the transaction is processed. I was wondering when the plugin submits the data to GA. I don’t seem to see any data coming in. Thinking it is happening earlier before the transaction finishes.

    I’m thinking the same too. When using Google Analytics mode, you may have more success.
