when is the “membership expiring” email sent?

By default, PMPro sends the membership expiring email 7 days before expiration.

Note that memberships with a recurring subscription don’t expire. We have a different plugin to send payment reminders before the recurring payments happen. https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/add-ons/recurring-payment-email-reminders/

We don’t have a report like that per se, but you can sort the members list by enddate to see who will expire soon. If you are on the expire members view, you’ll see members who already expired and the date they expired. You can also export to CSV and do your own filtering/sorting in Excel/etc.
