    Hello, could you please tell me when a cart gets the status: recovered?
    When does the admin receive an email of a recovered cart?
    When I click (as a client) on a recieved mail the Admin receives no mail, so I am trying to understand how it works (so I can tell my future clients).

    1. When the customer checkout (pay for it) their abandoned Cart – a cart gets the status: recovered.

    2. The emails are only sent to customers who have abandoned Cart not to Admin.

    Hello, thanks for your message.

    I just recovered a cart (with coupon code) through the emails that where send to the customer. In the reports I do not see that a cart has been recovered. The reports stay empty, it shows nothing. Also the report on used coupons is showing nothing. I am doing something wrong?

    Did you use the email address of admin account?

    No, it was a mail address from the customer. So, the emails for abandoned cart were send to a customers address. From there I clicked on an email ect.

    The customer need to click and checkout himself to be recorded as recovered.
    In your case, the abandoned Cart may be paid by Admin so It did not record as ” Recovered”

    I’m sorry, but this is not the case. The customer clicked on the email and check himself out (so all the way including payment).
