When installing WordPress will..?

  • …will all my settings and changes I’ve made whilst creating my site (and changes to cms, plugins etc.) on my local server stay the same when I upload my site to my web host?

    Yes, you theme & plugin settings will be preserved in the database.

    You will need to import the database in addition to uploading the files, and edit the wp-config.php to connect to the new database. You will also need to update the URLs
