When inside a post search bar doesn’t let me search and menu doesn’t open

So, when I’m inside the post via mobile device, the menu doesn’t open. It just ignores me.

And when I’m on PC reading the post, search bar doesn’t open search bar but refreshes the page. Weird. Please, help me!!!! ??

I tried disabling all the 3rd party plugins and see if something bugs it- no luck.
