When inserting an image in the post, it doesn't show up in the blog itself

    When I write a blog post, and upload a image to the server, it doesn’t upload to the cdn server (which I have from a friend), but to the origin server. So I end up with broken images. Do I have to upload every image with ftp to the cdn server or is there a solution for this :)?

    Everything else works like a charm though.

    This sounds more like a poblem with your CDN than the actual plugin. What CDN are you using?

    Open a support ticket at your CDN provider. You need to make sure to use the right CDN URL. This problem has nothing to do with the plugin itself.
