When I try to log in via SSO it takes me to a 404 error page on wordpress

same problem here, what is the fix?

when I try sso and I press enter in the WordPress login box it takes me to an unknown page, thus a 404 error.
when I visit manualy the freshdesk portal after that then I am logged in…

How can I fix this?

Its hard to take a screenshot – just when I go to authenticate through WordPress it takes me to a 404 page and the URL redirect doesn’t have the Http in the URL string. I double checked all my settings and both url(s) have http included in the URL.

Hi Peter,
From looking at your screenshots, it looks like another plugin which you have enabled is interfering with our Freshdesk plugin. Can you please raise a ticket at support.freshdesk.com? We can schedule a screen sharing session and debug this further.
