When I send the link of my website via instagram, the slider doesn’t load

I have just checked the linked page in the embedded browser that Instagram opens and the slider appeared fine for me, both on the first load and after refresh.

I also checked your site in the latest Chrome on my Android phone and it appeared fine there, too.

If you still see the problem, then you should check if you can reproduce the problem in normal browsers, too.
Also I noticed that WP Optimize optimized your page for mobile devices. So you could try disabling it in your plugins list and see if that makes any difference.

I forgot to write that the problem is faced on IPhone mobile phones.

We checked your website in an iPhone too, but couldn’t reproduce the problem there either. So I think your issue will be more specific to your phone’s software versions. What I see on your website is, that Jetpack image lazy loading is being used on the slider images. This lazy loading often has bugs on phones, so I suggest turning Jetpack off completely, to see if that solves the issue.

• At your slider’s settings -> Optimize tab:

  try to change the “Loading type”, which modifies our codes about when they are triggered.
• Please try to export your slider as HTML:
  https://smartslider.helpscoutdocs.com/article/1764-slider-settings#slider-actions
  then upload it somewhere into your FTP. After that, check its link if it has the same issue. This could help identifying, whether the problem has a connection to a plugin/theme code on your website, or not.
