When I save the optimized image in computer it shows no change in size

    The linked image shows 23kb after optimization in my wordpress media. But when I download this image in my computer, it reverts back and shows 96kb. However there are other images which show the correct optimized dimensions when saved back in computer? This is so puzzling!

    A clarification on this will be greatly appreciated.

    This is quite strange as I have checked your image and it looks normal. Is there any chance to send us the original image (the one that is 96kB) so I could test on my end?

    Strangely enough now the downloaded image is correctly matching the wordpress data.

    I am not sure how I couldn’t get this working the other day.

    Anyway thanks very much for verifying the issue. It seems the fault was perhaps in my computer.
