• I am using links to a cgi to enable click-to-dial on my WP install.

Whenever I edit and save the pages, the link is activated and the cgi is run, which is a pain since it generates phone calls from my extension to my testing extension. I haven’t been able to use this in “production”, just testing and development, because I don’t want to call all my clients for no reason, possibly multiple times. I am also afraid to test more than one link on a page, because theoretically it would generate multiple calls on multiple lines. As of right this second, I can’t work on the site because it’s just annoying to have stop and hang up the calls every time, and I dare not attempt to start setting it up with real numbers.

Any way I can stop this? Does WP always follow links in posts whan you save? I’ve used the link on a non-WP site and it didn’t do this, but that was using old-fashioned wordpad and filezilla.

    Thanks for any help.
