When I press the add media button nothing happens

    When I press the “Add Media” button the image upload interface doesn’t appear. However, a hashtag appears on the end of the page URL. Any ideas what might be causing this?

  • Temporarily deactivate ALL of your plugins.

    Manually clear your browser cache.

    With all plugins deactivated.. try it again to see if the interface appears.

    I tried this and located the plugin which is causing conflicts. For future reference, it’s called “Sniplets”. You’d think I would have tried this before posting . . . what can I say? Thanks for you help.
