• Hi

When I create a new post and set a release date in the future and click on save the status of the post becomes “pitch” automatically and the post is visible in the calendar.

But if I create a new post set a release date in the future and click “plan” instead of “save” the post does not appear in the calendar.

Is it possible to change that? Because sometimes I write a short post and want to schedule them without hit “save” first and than change the status to “planned”.

  • Hrm. Not able to recreate this. Let me run through the steps I tried and let me know if we differ anywhere.

    1. Create a custom status called “Planned”
    2. Create a new post (added a headline and some body text)
    3. Click “edit” next to the status and selected “Planed”, then click “OK”
    4. Click “edit” next to the schedule and set the date for tomorrow, then click “OK”
    5. Click “Save as Planned”
    6. Visit the calendar

When I visit the calendar I see the post with the status of “Planned” set for tomorrow. Let me know if I’m doing something differently from what you’re doing!
