When I google my site I get /page/2/ at the end of the URL. Why?

Hi,
When I google my site I get /page/2/ at the end of the URL. In fact I can change that 2 to any number and my site still appears.
So if I google a search term that is on my site, such as “straightforward business advice” the following comes to the top of google: https://realityspark.com/page/2/
I’ve never set up a /page/2/ etc. I have only a 1 page site, hosted on Siteground and built with Layers.
Any ideas? Am I missing something?

https://realityspark.com/page/2/ is a subpage of the home page.
If you look at the “blog” section on the home page, you’ll see an arrow and some numbers. Those are links to older posts:
If you click the “2” or the arrow, it will load https://realityspark.com/page/2/ which will show older posts in that section.
If you don’t want Google to index that subpage, you could use the advanced settings in a plugin like Yoast SEO to noindex it.
Alternatively, you could contact the theme developers to see if there’s a way to remove the link to older posts for that part of the home page. Please note: the links would have to be removed from the html, not hidden with css.
