When I go to page 2, I see the same posts as on page 1!

Hi. I have the above issue. I saw that this issue was covered in FAQ but I don’t understand where I have to change query_posts. I would like to use WPPage-Navi only on my page with Testimonials. What should I do?
I will appreciate if you can explain in simple terms as I am not a code expert. Thanks a lot!
