When i create more than three custom templates, it shows error

    Hi, i am using mailpoet latest version. When i create more than 4 custom email template, it shows me error on creating new newsletter and no template loads. when i create some custom templates, it then load the templates.

    Can you please help me o this issue

    Hi @yasir8swat,

    It’s hard to say anything without looking into your database, but it’s probably because you have a low WP_MEMORY_LIMIT, so after saving X custom templates, your server cannot handle it and you get an error when trying to create a new newsletter.

    By deleting these templates via your database, everything should work again.

    However, if you want to prevent this from happening, you should increase the WP memory limit for your website.
