    Hi there,

    I can’t replicate the issue by my side, it could due to your theme that customize some plugin template.

    Please try plugin with only WordPress default theme and WooCommerce active and let me know if it works.

    hello, I tested the Compare plugin in another theme and everything worked fine, but in my theme, which I recently purchased, it still gives an error. As far as I understand, should I contact the support service for my theme?

    We kindly suggest to contact theme developers to check the issue.
    You should have some logs registered on WooCommerce > Settings > Status which could help you to check what is happening.
