    When I backup both database and file it do not show in Tools>> Backups>> and the circle goes around around for hours it will not stop….

    When I backup only the database it shows. But the file backup it will not show..

    But I can see they are at my web hotel.

    I want to download them at from my BackUpWordpress

    What can I do?
