When I activate the plugin, my main top menu sub-levels doesn't appear anymore

Hi.

On my website I want two menus for my pages, a top (default) menu with 2 sub-levels and the wp-dtree menu for the same pages.

On the main page both works great, but once I navigate into any inner page, the top menu stops showing the other sub-levels, it shows only the first sub-level.

Any idea on how to fix it?
