When I activate the Attach to Mailer option mail is not sent

  • I have a problem sending forms that have an attachment, I have done several tests and when I select the option “Attach to Mailer” the mail keeps sending forever and never sends it, although if I select “Add to Media Library” it sends it immediately Can you tell me where the problem is?

    Caldera Forms Versión 1.8.5
    WordPress 5.2.1
    I already tried disabling all the plugins and changing the template
