When hovering an image no box with the Title appears. Why?

I’ve been searching the forum several hours and found no solution.
No support is given to the plugin?

Currently, Elementor does not have a tooltip feature.

Thank you for your answer.
I thought a plugin like yours that seems to be able to do just about everything also managed hovering. OK, now I know the situation. Maybe there is no great demand for hovering?
Anyway, now I don’t have to look more after a solution.
