When first post set to protected all posts are protected

When I set the first post to protected all of the other posts show up in the blog as protected. If I remove the protected status from the first post and set the second post, or any other post, to protected it does not work.
I have a check mark in Enable Debug box but the page is blank. https://pricentime.com/wp-content/plugins/simple-membership/log.txt
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
