When file is replaced CDN URL is changed

Hi,
When I replace a file, the filename itself will stay the same but the string of numbers just before it changes. For example:
https://cdn.laruta.io/app/uploads/sites/4/2020/04/16130658/screenshot_243061.png
becomes:
https://cdn.laruta.io/app/uploads/sites/4/2020/04/22084524/screenshot_243061.png
If someone has linked to the original name, it will be a broken link. Is there any way (perhaps via a hook) that will preserve the entire URL intact while changing the content?
For reference: We’re using Delicious Brains’ WP Offload Media.
