when featured image is selected, it still use the default image

    Hi!

    I have the same problem on WordPress 3.9.2 and the plug in version is 1.1

    Any changes to the post, even a published one, changes the featured image back to the default one, even though the post already has a featured image.

    Any help would be appreciated,
