Hi, we used to be able to export CSV of log but recently it stopped working. Not sure if it’s a server issue or WP v4.9 conflict or plugin conflict? We have ~100k rows of log data.

Connection refused in /var/www/realdomainremoved.com/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/nginx-helper/includes/redis-delete.php on line 15″ while reading response header from upstream, client: 173.244.44.16, server: https://www.realdomainremoved.com, request: “GET /wp-json/jetpack/v4/jitm?message_path=wp%3Adlm_download_page_download-monitor-logs%3Aadmin_notices&query=post_type%253Ddlm_download%252Cpage%253Ddownload-monitor-logs&_wpnonce=d8a761890a HTTP/2.0”, upstream: “fastcgi://127.0.0.1:9000”, host: “www.realdomainremoved.com”, referrer: “https://www.realdomainremoved.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=dlm_download&page=download-monitor-logs”

    Hey,

This is most likely not related to the 4.9 release. It looks like your server is having issues exporting the amount of logs row. Could you check with your host to see if there’s any errors on their side? Possibly your server limits need to be increased so you can export this amount of data. If that’s not possible, it might be required to remove old log data from your website.

    Kind Regards,

    Barry Kooij
