When entering “localhost/my folder name” I get an error message

  • Please help, I was able to install PHPmyadmin and created a database name. I downloaded the zip file folder, unzipped it, and created a new folder to where I transferred all the downloaded information. But now, I am having an issue: when I’m in the WordPress site and try entering “localhost/the name of my folder” I get an error message saying “the requested URL was not found on this server. I need to create a website using WordPress, please if there’s an easier way to do this don’t hesitate to let me know. Thanks

    It’s an all-in-one local WordPress development server appliance: no need to manually install and configure MySQL, PHP, Apache/Nginx, and whatnot.

    Thank you so much. Hey, now im stuck on one thing. I added the company and I am trying to start editing my company info on wordpress but I can’t get to to it from here. Please let me know what to do after. Thanks
