    Hello,

When I try to enable any plugin on Troubleshooting Mode I get the following type of notice: When enabling a plugin a site failure occurred. Because of this the change was automatically reverted.

I am not sure what I am doing wrong. How can I fix this?

    Thanks.

    Hiya,

Does it happen with all plugins, or only some? And also, did your site show any errors relating to loopback checks ?

The loopback issue is something one would ideally fix on a site, but it blocking troubleshooting of plugins/themes is something we’ll be addressing in an upcoming release.

If your site wasn’t reporting loopback issues before troubleshooting, it’s possible that the plugin (or plugins) you are trying to enable are either causing errors, or are blocking the loopback requests. The test relies on them to make sure enabling one or more plugins doesn’t cause a site crash (in case they rely on each other in a strange fashion for example).

    Hello,

It happens with all the plugins and themes when I have one plugin enabled: WP Simple Paypal Shopping cart.

Yes, the site showed errors related to loopback checks: he loopback request to your site failed, this may prevent WP_Cron from working, along with theme and plugin editors.
Error encountered: (0) cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10002 milliseconds with 0 bytes received.

I run another test: test individual plugins. I only got this error with the same plugin: WP Simple Paypal Shopping cart.

    What would you advise me?

    Thanks.

Ahh, that would be why then.

So what you should do is reach out to that plugins developer/support, as they are likely doing something in a way they shouldn’t (I suspect something relating to sessions, but they would know this better than I).
