When Editing user it shows admins name in some place but not all

    when I as the admin go to edit a user(Ie Steve Smith account it shows my first and last name and my email address for required email but shows the users correct info for user name, display name and nick name. It also displays the correct user first and last name and email address under customer billing info. I try to manually edit the information, but it will not change. This is happening on all of my 350 users, preventing me from sending emails via Mail Poet because it only lists one email address which is mine. I have manually deleted the users and manually entered some back in using the correct user info but it still shows my info as stated above after I update them. I also tried importing all of the users again using the option to remove all users that is not on the imported csv file but it shows the same info after a successful import. It I have screenshots, but I cannot load them in this forum. Please help I thought i was reasonably experienced, but I guess I am not. I have never encountered this before; it is like the old incorrect information won’t go away. My client wanted their ads to be distributed by last night but that did not happen so any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

    You can add screenshots in this forum by clicking the blue + button when typing the comment, and then clicking Image.

    How are you importing the users into WordPress? You mentioned a CSV file, if you could provide detailed steps on how you obtained that CSV file and how you imported it into WordPress, that would help us help you.

    Also, could you confirm that the information in the CSV file is correct?

    Thank you very much. It was my browser. I changed from edge to firefox and the appropriate name appeared where it should.
