When editing permalink, my page losts, any solution?

  • Dear all my friends,

    When i edit the Permalink by editing the page and update it
    and view that page than it redirect me on 404.php page
    How??

    Pl Help

  • is your WordPress dashboard working correctly ? I mean the settings at the back end .

    yes wp dashboard is working correctly,
    and i did not made any setting changes for permalinks
    i just set postname instead of postname in Common Settings
    for clean urls
