When displaying 2nd language website version, Elemenor disables switch back

  • Hi
    I have 2 languages on my website. When I switch from the default language (Russian) to the 2nd one (German) by clicking on the according flag symbol, the website switches to German but after that the flag symbols disappear and instead there is an Elementor page element hashtag (“Elementor #346”) and I cannot switch back to the 1st language.
    For the website translation I use the plug-in Polylang.

    Can anyone give an advice?
