When did WP remove Editor in Appearance?

    Well this sucks, when did this happen? I have not changed the config or functions file to hide this useful feature. Yes I know how to do it other wise, but adds several layers to the work flow for no reason.
    Perhaps WP hid it somewhere else? And for xxxxsakes why?
