When CSS Async is enabled, why aren’t CSS files inserted in the footer?

    Good morning, I have a question. As mentioned in the subject, I wonder why, when asynchronous loading of CSS is enabled and therefore critical CSS is active, these files are not loaded in the footer to make room for other resources and facilitate rendering.

    CSS Async is Critical CSS and will contain only CSS that will load in first viewport
    Only that one is loaded inline, in header, for page to render correctly first part of site.

    Adding all css inline will cancel cache effect: will load big quantity and slow down the server
