When I create an event and select the checkbox to mark it as a repeating event, the pop-up module that is supposed to come up only shows a loading spinner and never loads. I’ve re-tried creating the event several times and still have the same problem. I’m not seeing any errors printed out in the Console, either.

  • Had this issue as well. Tried saving as draft before adding recurring dates, updated Time.ly, updated all other plugins, and turned off cache and security plugins — Still just a modal with only a loading icon.

    Hi,

Have you tried with another browser?

Sorry about that, I’m sure adding that detail would have been helpful.

I’ve tested it in Chrome, Firefox, and Safari, and they all seem to have the same problem of being stuck with the loading spinner.

@josiahschaefer, please log into your Timely account and open a ticket by clicking on the Get Help link, or click here: https://dashboard.time.ly/account/get-help and we will continue there, I need to check your admin panel.

    Thanks,
    Ben

Just a follow-up in case anyone else is checking this. The problem ended up being some missing items in my server’s PHP installation that the plugin relies on.

    Hi @josiahschaefer,

Sorry for not replying sooner. I’m glad you found the cause of this issue and I hope you solved it, if not, just please open the same topic again.

    Thanks,
    Ben
