When creating a job package looking for clarity on Subscription Type

Hi there!

I’m trying to set up a few different job packages. I have WooCommerce Subscriptions set up and integrated with WC Paid Listings.

I originally set up two different packages that were meant to last for 30 days and renew automatically. I set Subscription Type to “Link the subscription to the package (renew listing limit every subscription term).

Then I was asked to create a listing that was Daily. That should renew daily so that it could be cancelled at any time. I reached out and Deric helped me and suggested that I set the subscription type to “Link the subscription to the posting listing (renew posted listings every subscription term).

But I have two last question.

1. Can you clarify for me what the difference is between linking the subscription to the posting listing versus the subscription package? I don’t know why I would use one of these options over the other.
2. For my daily subscription, is there a way I can renew the subscription daily BUT charge the user monthly? So, if they only used four days, they would get a bill at the end of the month for just those four days?
