When creaing new menu the menu name bar not appears

  • Hello. I’ve read most topics in forum but didn’t found a solution for my problem. My problem is the next:
    When I going to Appereance>Menus, I see Pages and ect. on left side, BUT I don’t see the Menu structure. When I am pressing create a new menu then all thing on left side becomes inactive and on right side where should be an input box labeled “menu name” doesn’t appears.     What I tried:
    I have Re-installed WordPress
    I have checked conflicting plug-ins
    I have added menu function to functions.php
