when converting to HTML, the images don’t show

Hi Ybu,

The “example.com” is coming as part of the mechanism used to create an Offline ZIP.

This particular deployment function hasn’t been extensively tested in a while, so is likely a bug.

I’ll prioritise improving the area of code.

In the meantime, you may try to deploy to a free Netlify site, using the ZIP method, but not checking the “Create ZIP for offline usage”.

I’m making a video tutorial at the moment for this workflow, but you basically:

– choose a random subdomain like https://ybustaticsite.netlify.com, set this as your Destination URL, create the ZIP, upload it as a new site in Netlify and set the Netlify subdomain to the same ybustaticsite

Then you can point your client to that to check.

Hope that helps you in the meantime. I’ll get the Offline ZIP working reliably in the next release.

Not sure if the latest, 6.6.2 will help with your issue, but please try running with that version and enable “Debug Mode” via the Advanced tab. This will save a log with more information to the Export Log (Logs tab).

Please email me that Export Log to [email protected] and hopefully it’s something I can recognize and have a solution for.

Offline ZIP issue is not fixed in today’s 6.6.5 release.
