When clicking export takes me to login screen.

    Whenever I click the export button it just takes me to the /wp-login.php screen. I click the back button and am able to navigate around so it looks like I didn’t actually get logged out, but I’m unable to export comments.

    Could you please mention using which user role you are trying to export.

    You mean which user role I’m using to export? I’m not exporting any user roles, just comments and they’re either subscribers/administrators. I should mention that going to the comments page and checking each comment to bulk export works though. Just the batch export page (Comments Im-Ex) functionality is displaying this behavior.

    Apologies if our question wasn’t clear enough. We would like to the role of the user by which you are accessing the site when you are exporting the comments. Is it an administrator or shop manager or anything else?

    Also, kindly let us know if you are having a multisite setup.
