When click enter on search it redirects to homepage

  • The ajax search is working great but when I click enter it directs to the homepage /?phrase and does not show any results.

    Hi!

    It’s probably because the search bar is placed within a form element, which results in an invalid HTML output. That is because there is already a form within the search bar itself, and nesting forms is not valid in HTML, so the browser simply cuts it out.

    I would suggest placing the search shortcode outside of that form element, that will most likely fix the issue.
