When choosing a gift card, it is not added to the basket.

  • We have YITH WooCommerce Gift Cards installed, but suddenly it does not work.
    When choosing a gift card, it is not added to the basket.
    All settings are correct etc but you just can not put it in the basket. (You can press put in basket, but it does not work)
    Any idea what might be wrong?

    We have the latest updates for both WooCommerce and the plugin (We use divi which is also updated).

    Hello there,
    we hope you’re doing well!

    There should be no problem with the Divi theme. Could you check if you have the ajax add to cart function active in your theme? That feature creates conflicts when adding a gift card to the cart.

    If not, we recommend you leave only our plugin and WooCommerce active to verify that the problem does not come from another plugin. And if the problem still persists, try changing the theme to a default WordPress theme such as Twenty Twenty One.
