when changing permalinks i get not found

  • hi i have a problem with the permalinks with my posts i have neve had this problem with my previous wordpress site
    i tried reinstalling wordpress
    i tried setting permalinks default and the post name again
    so when i write the post and the title i get a default peermalinks with arabic letters of the title but if wanted to change it’s url i can only change it using latin letters because if change it from default and maybe deleted or added some stuff but left url in arabic i get not found
