    Hello,

We tried applying gift code to the cart but once the code is applied our payment gateway disappear and only PayPal and Check gateways are available.

    Is this normal behavior?

    Best,
    Darko

  • We have the same issue and would need help in this matter.
As soon as a gift code is added to the cart, all the payment gateways disappear.
    How can we prevent this?

    Hello there,

Thanks for contacting us and I hope you’re doing well ??

I tested the plugin and I made an order and apply a gift card on checkout page.

As you can see the gift card is applied in the right way and no payment method are disabled.

This is the default payment method I have enabled on my site. See this link

After I apply the gift card code, the payment method are not removed. See this link

Maybe the problem is a conflict between other plugin or maybe you have a restriction to hide a payment method if a coupon code is added.

I suggest you to do a test and deactivate all plugins leaving only WooCommerce and YITH WooCommerce Gift Card and see if the issue is solved. Then active one by one in order to see which plugin is causing this.

    I hope it helps you.

    Have a good day.

We are also experiencing this issue. For example, I’ve created a digital gift card with $50.

    1. Customer goes to /checkout/ and the checkout page is rendered.
    2. Customer adds a gift card code and it shows up as a $50 gift card in the order items.
    3. Customer refreshes the page (or just navigates away and goes back)
    4. The /checkout/ endpoint somehow renders the cart page instead thus hiding the payment gateways.
    5. The gift card shows $0 instead of $50. (ywgc_original_cart_total is not showing correctly)

Something weird is definitely going on.
