    Hi,
In mobile version, right from menu, cart, checkout nothing is working. Though products are visible in their respective category, I’m not able to add them to cart. Initially, when I used Storefront theme, nothing worked in mobile including the formats.. then I switched to twenty twenty mobile friendly theme and also created a child theme aiming to solve the issue.. When I cldn’t now again switched back to Storefront theme. Formats and Product listing works fine now but not menu, cart and checkout..

    After Plugin Conflict Check
    1. It works fine – when all the plugins are deactivated except Woo Commerce, Store Customizer, Jetpack, Akismet Anti-spam, Blogger Imported Extended.(Site uploading was slow in mobile)
    2. It works fine – When CCAvenue Payment Gateway for WooCommerce is activated.
    3. It works fine – when Classic Editor, CoBlocks, Layout Grid, Easy Watermark, WP Recipe Maker are activated. (though site loading is slow)
    4. It works fine – When Code Snippets is activated.
    5. It works fine – when Creative Mail by Constant Contact is activated.
    6. It works fine – when Facebook for WooCommerce is activated.
    7. It works fine – When Google Ads & Marketing by Kliken, Google Listings and Ads are activated.
    8. It works fine – When Flexible Shipping is activated.
    9. It works fine – When Gutenberg, Page Optimize are activated.
    10. It works fine – When Sticky Add To Cart Bar For WooCommerce is activated.
    11. It works fine – When WordPress.com Editing Toolkit, WP AutoTerms are activated.
    12. It works fine – When WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips is activated.
    13. It works fine – When Child Theme Wizard is activated.

When AMP plugin activated, it wasn’t working in mobile..
    Kindly guide. Thanks in advance.

    Regards
    Shyamala Kumar

    Hello @ssk2019

    Hello @ssk2019

Regarding cache, If the cache is cleared and we are still seeing the CSS that means CSS is not completely removed, can you please share a screenshot of following?

    1) Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS

    2) AMP Compatability -> CSS

AMP plugin does not add any Menu on your site, the menu placement is dependent on your theme, please contact your theme support to check if you can change its position.

    Hello @ssk2019

Thank you for the screenshot, I am not able to see your first screenshot but am able to check your second screenshot, if both CSS are identical then there should be no issues.

I also checked your site headers, are you using WordPress.com hosting?
If yes I will recommend following their guide to clear site cache

Also, please note that there are some cache plugins that are not compatible with WordPress.com hosting you can find the list here

It will be the best approach to contact Happiness Engineers and ask them to enable the option to clear your cache. Once enabled you will be able to clear the cache by yourself

First time, I requested Happiness Engineer to enable the clear cache option and I cleared it myself. When it doesn’t solve the issue, again I requested them to clear from their end. Still not working

    Hello @ssk2019

both seems to be correct, can you please confirm if you are using another cache plugins like W3 Total cache plugins as mentioned by you on this reply if yes please remove it as it’s incompatible for WordPress.com

Additionally, please send us your site health information using this form so we can further investigate the issue.

    Hi @milindmore22

    1. Had deleted W3 Total cache plugins long time back last week installed WP-Optimize – Clean, Compress, Cache though cldn’t enable cache option. Cleared the cache by myself & happiness engineer. using the pluggin only for image compression

    2. While submitting the form, I get ‘Your response is too large. Try shortening some answers.’ msg. Is there any option to attach the PHP error log file instead to pasting the contents?

    3. There is a column in the form ‘Can your site perform loopback requests?’ No option for checking loopback reports.. PFA the screenshot

    Hello @ssk2019

Please shorten your PHP error log by adding only recent errors and warnings, or you can use https://pastebin.com/ or https://gist.github.com/ for longer error logs.

    (@ssk2019)

Sharing happiness engineer support chat regarding Debug.log file.. hope this makes it clear why my response was huge in the form.

As reference, a debug.log file for your site will appear in your wp-content folder when an error has been generated.

Hence, you should not be seeing any debug.log file under wp-content folder right now (until an error is generated)
However, we’ve did enabled web server logs on your site, where you’ll be able to access this right under “My Site > Settings > Hosting Configurations” at the link below

    https://wordpress.com/hosting-config/shyamalascuisine.com
It was recently enabled within the last few minutes, so I’m not sure if they information you’re looking for will be available there. You can certainly give this a go, then contact your plugin developer right after if the information they’re looking for is available there.

Otherwise, if they know what are the required steps they need to generate PHP error, that would be useful to know as well.
