When admin creates users, how do they read the Terms of Use

    I want to create users but I realize that when the admin creates them, the users don’t get to see and agree to the Terms of Use. How is that handled?

    Along the same lines, if the admin creates the users, how do the users request to be members? is it a manual process where I write the message and instructions and give them an email address on the page for users to send me an email with required info?

    Anyone? I need to make this website available now and this has been holding me up. I mean, when you allow users to register, they are presented with the Terms of Use, but when the admin creates the accounts for them, then I don’t see when they are asked to agree at any point.

    How do you handle this?
