when add emojies message missing

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble, we’ll run some tests with emojis in the message to see if it is an issue with the plugin or with the database collation. I will follow back up as soon as I have more information.

Did you make sure emoji was enabled in settings – writing. Also make sure you don’t have a optimizing plugin blocking them. There are option to block them in some plugins to increase performance.

No they wasn’t blocked, i add same message in woo notes and printed good ??

I ran a test and the emojis appear correctly. The emojis stay in the Cart, on the Order page, in the Order Admin page, and ultimately in the emailed gift card.

When you do a test order when do the emojis disappear?

How are you putting the emojis into the Message field?

I wasn’t able to access the video, however I can see no reason why the thank you page and emails would not display emojis. Unfortunately this is beyond the scope of what our plugin does and so I can’t think of anything else to try. It sounds like our plugin might not work for your site if this is critical functionality.
