If I clear all the cookies from this plugin and refresh, I see that

    cookielawinfo-checkbox-others	no
    cookielawinfo-checkbox-advertisement	no
    cookielawinfo-checkbox-analytics	no
    cookielawinfo-checkbox-performance	no
    cookielawinfo-checkbox-functional no

are what the plugin’s cookies contain.
When I click on the Accept button, nothing changes. The attributes don’t change to yes and I also don’t get any data from Google Analytics.

However, if go to Cookie Settings via the button and individually toggle the scripts on, it works.

I thought I saw a previous post about how you are supposed to click a checkbox first before clicking Accept, but there isn’t one, and that post is over a year old.

Why are the cookies not accepted once I click Accept?

And by the way, what is the cookielawinfo-checkbox-necessary cookie for?

    Hi @peter1771,

    Greetings from Webtoffee!

The cookies with names starting with cookielawinfo-checkbox are all plugin cookies that is used to save the user preference. By default, it’s value should be set to NO and users have to manually enable each category to change it. If you want the accept button to work with an accept=all functionality, kindly replace the shortcode [cookie_button] in the cookie banner message text field and insert [cookie_accept_all] instead. Go to Settings > Customise cookie bar to change it.

Please refer the read me here to know all about the plugin cookies.
