When a user log's in to site, the header drops down a little

The admin bar is trying to appear there… it’s 28px, and only appears when logged in. Not sure if your theme, or a plugin is intentionally hiding it, or if it’s accidentally being blocked by something.

Is there away to make it go away? Or is it required to be there by wordpress, if I can just delete it out of my template or header the problem should go away right?

YOu can’t just delete it from your theme, it’s not in your theme. It’s part of WordPress core
