I’m not really sure what you are asking for.

You can slide ads with Advanced Ads and the Slider add-on.

You can also build an image slider of your images and display an ad between those images managed with Advanced Ads and the slider plugin I mentioned above.

Maybe you can exactly describe your use case if its different from the approaches above.
